Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
